Production Time

Each artwork requires 7-14 days for production and preparation before shipping.

Estimated Shipping Time

After production is complete, delivery usually takes 4-7 business days.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Europe, and selected Middle Eastern countries.

U.S. Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders shipped to the United States.

International Duties and Taxes

For eligible international orders, customs duties and import taxes are covered by Galerra.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Damaged Packages

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days after delivery at info@Galerra.net with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
