How long does it take to receive my artwork?

Each artwork requires 7-14 days for production and preparation. After production is complete, delivery usually takes 4-7 business days.

Where does Galerra ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Europe, and selected Middle Eastern countries.

Is U.S. shipping free?

Yes. We offer free shipping for orders shipped to the United States.

Who pays customs duties and import taxes?

For eligible international orders, customs duties and import taxes are covered by Galerra.

Can I return handmade or custom artwork?

Yes. Custom and handmade artworks are eligible for return within 30 days after delivery, provided they meet our return condition requirements.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Contact us within 3 days after delivery at info@Galerra.net with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
